Hiya party people!

Some of you know and some are even signed up. We are hosting another event on Saturday January 17th. We will start at 8:45 sharp, this time at Golden Gardens. Cost is $50. If you are a ByWater member, the cost is reduced to $25, just let us know when you email that you are ByWater member. 

We will begin with introductions and a cold plunge. From there the sauna and sound will be at your disposal. for 75 minutes. Those that are interested afterwards are welcome to join for coffee at a spot TBD in the Ballard area. 

Seats are filling up fast 7 remain for this one. But! No sweat, we are cooking up an event for February before long.
